Brave new world?

Diana Deu tells stories and every single picture seems like an individual book cover or album cover. The protagonists and compositions appear isolated at first, then something breaks open, The Doors of Perception. It is now up to the
viewer to get involved, to explore what lies behind or to leave it at the surface. Brave new world?

Layer by layer, Deu paints, draws, sprays, varnishes or sticks layers, removes them, adds a quote or a thought. Abstract gestures meet filigree and detailed strokes.
